The blog has seemed fairly Blue of late - not in a mood sense, but the sky colours of Aus' are just so splenidid and well, BLUE!
Initially I put up a piece that was yet another skyblue picture thing and then changed my mind, adding a new pen and ink sketch that I have coloured in CS2.
Enjoy "Blue Bird", dedicated to my friend Mary, whose birthday it was this week are for whom Blue Birds are Da Bomb!

Glorious! I love everything about this, but my three favorite things...the color of the bird, the heart, and the way the bird looks as if it's smiling to itself. Oh...and I like the mysterious, lush, dark background with the tropical flowers... I really enjoy seeing your new work each week:>
