We have guests from Australia in the house this week which is why I have been a little AWOL from the blog these past few days. All good stuff, exploring and showing off Long Island as well as time with friends and trips into the Big City...though sight seeing at 97F leaves something to be desired!!
We hoofed off to Top of the Rock today, which I have to say is a far better sightseeing experience than going up the Empire State Building! Much shorter lines, less expensive and a good view to boot, even if today was so hot and hazy!
In the mean-time Roxanne has tagged me to write the title to my own memoir..and i would be just that...."Just Exploring My Glorious Life Away"
Write the title to your own memoir using SIX words.
I will TAG Christine, Denise, Jeannine, Catherine and Maija!

thanks marie!
you got me thinking(always scary)
i have actually infused my reply to this challenge with a few titles...i will stick with the one on my pretend book cover!
love to you always,
d

LOL! This one was hard (but fun)!
I admire you for getting out and touring the city in the heat. I melt into a puddle just thinking about leaving the air conditioned house!

Ewwww, that's too hot! It seems like we were just comlaining about the cold (at least I was) and now it's too hot-happens every year:)

We've actually had the heat on in Seattle in the early morning, snow in the mountains, blizzard on Mt. Rainier. Thanks for your nice comment on my blog awhile back. Your encaustic class sounded wonderful, can't wait to see what you do. And oh oh there is now a 12 needle embellisher. Very enticing! Hear the weather is cooling off back east, so have a cool drink on me and I'll go have a cup of coffee!

I love your title, you lucky person! Also I am glad you are having fun and your art is spectacular. Roxanne
