The Music of Life

...plays on.

I'm not into the theme for Illustration Friday this week. It's "Jungle" and at this point in time, not ringing any bells or elephant trumpets for that matter!  Maybe later, we'll see.

I'm actually in that place, where I often get, just before I go away.  Spinning wheels, mentally packing my bag, shopping for things the boys need, collecting craft stuff for my Mum and trying hard to remember where I put all the papers and things that I need to take with me.

The sorting and settling in the new house still goes on.  We've actually reached the point where enough painting has been and pictures are being put up.  Some rooms have a semblance of "normal"? (if that word means anything any more!)

In the Studio I have been tinkering with some different printing techniques.  Underpainting, over printing and a few other different things.  When I'm satisfied with a tried and true process will post some pics.

I have had a few topics now that did not move me. . .I know how you feel. But considering you are about to travel I can see how it is nearly impossible for the mind to focus on anything but!
P.S. I have my new art piece of yours hanging up framed and it is awesome! Just beautiful!
