For one reason and another I've ended up spending the last few days indoors, around the house and feeling thoroughly tired of my computer, I decided to head down to the basement and pull out some of my sewing supplies.
One thing lead to another and before I knew it I was not only stitching but painting and beading...and well you know how THAT kind of story goes!
Fun though and a nice change from waxing lyrical with my Wacom tablet!
WOW. You just WANT to pick it up and open it and work in it.

Perfect! For the past two days I have had a note on my desk which says "make poetry altered journal". You have completely inspired me to do it now! Somehow, when the children were small, it seems I managed to make elaborate costumes, curtains, everything...and I think back, GOSH, how did I do all that? I AM going to start again. Phooey on the working world! **blows happy kisses** Deborah
