.... was spent cleaning out the garage and getting ready to change out the snowblower for the lawnmower - is that wishful thinking or what?
We also cleaned out the loft above the garage and found about 5 tons of DUPLO and Lego and Brio. I have no idea what to do with it all, as there seem to be so many rules about giving away toys these days.
Needy apparently does not marry with "choking hazard" - I am loathe to put such lovely toys in the rubbish though...none of them killed my kids .... and it seems to me that somebody could use them ...
And, after all that, there was still time for some fresh air on the beach .... it was just lovely!
Wow. I wish that I lived closer to you -- I'd be fighting for the brio!!!

Do you have thrift stores which support charities with their proceeds? Something like that might be a good place for the legos.

It would be a shame to see all those legos and such being tossed. Hope you find a great solution.
Love your beach shots, sounds like a productive but great weekend.

Beautiful pictures...btw, if you give to a local thrift store I'm sure they would welcome lego donations unless there is some new rule that I don't know about. : )
