We were in the big Apple the other day touring the Christmas sights and looking at the lovely windows, scoping out the Christmas markets while #2 son caught up with friends from Australia.
It seems that half his class mates are over in the US at the moment! We even had two of them sleep over last night - treated them to the sights of Long Island, a little Ten Pin Bowling and then had to bring home Pizza from Victor's.
(You've not "done" Long Island until you have eaten a slice of "their" pie!)
It's nice to have the house full. The cats are even getting used to it.
I messed with these lovely Nutcrackers today while I was waiting for something to dry, bake or wash - you can download the STARRY CLIPPING MASK to use if you'd like.... a little holiday freebie!
(And don't worry, it looks weird on the download link, but it's a PNG file and will be just fine when you open it.)
I hope you are having as much fun getting ready for Christmas as I am!
HI Marie, I just popped over from Marty's blog to grab your lovely star mask. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas Marie. Thanks for the clipping mask. I knew I loved it the other day when you posted and knew I would find the perfect picture to clip it to - and I did - this morning - on my Christmas morning card.

Would have made a great Christmas card. Glad the family is all together. Would love to see Long Island some time--maybe the next time I'm in NYC. Happy Holiday, Marie!

Love the clipping mask - and love the nutcrackers. I finally mailed off the last packages today and am now ready to start enjoying the season without worrying about things to do.
