I can imagine you were sorry to see this trip come to an end. Lovely photos.

Looks like an incredible trip - I managed one trip to Venice while we were stationed in Europe and was totally blown away - we only had one and 1/2 days but saw a glass blowing demo and a lace making demo too. I could have spent days just walking around the big square and all the bridges!!!
Incredible photos as usual!!!

I'm in love with red-bird-man. . . .

Marie, you do NOT disappoint. These are fun to look at. It's like candy! I'm wearing my mardi gras beads at work today and have thought often of your festive surroundings.

wonderful photos for you to play with Marie - can't wait to see what you create.

Gorgeous photo's!!! Can't wait to see more. Is that Harry's Bar peeking from the background???? xo's

Oh...I'm in love!!!

What enchanting photos! Absolutely worth suffering the early morning wake up and freezing temperatures (well, certainly worth it to me, as I was warm and happy sleeping back in the U.S.). I love these photos.

I'd say that dawn shot alone was worth getting up for :-) And the costumes, it's just overwhelming, can't imagine the work that went into those creations, talk about great photographic moments!

Welcome home. Talkto you soon OXOX M

You have some amazing work to bring home Marie
