My Peonies are finally making headway in the garden thanks to some sunny days and a dashing of rain here and there.
I love watching the buds evolve as much as I enojoy the blooms themselves. Looks like this year will be a bumper crop!
These buds are actually quite tiny, not much more than half to three quarters of an inch or about 1.5-2cm for you metric folk! And I shot them with my macro lens on a tripod, right up close and personal!!
Aren't the rain drops amazing?
