The last few days in Morocco have been spent exploring the local souks and markets. Yesterday we headed off into the hills and visited an Argan Oil co-operative and explored the farmlands around a lovely oasis. In the less well travelled areas of Morocco the local people are a lot more friendly and less camera shy.
I understand the recticence to be photographed but the people hereabouts are such interesting characters and have very expressive faces. Thankfully my rusty french has stood me in good stead as it's always much easier to get a picture if you can have a conversation at the same time! ....oh and a few coins or notes always help too!
I love the top one where she is right next to you. Looks like you are getting a lesson on what she is doing.
